Profile Description

Since I've been a customer service representative for 3 years, I was able to develop skills, for example, outstanding customer service through calls and emails. I've also improved the interpersonal skills that help me build rapport with the customers. Highly adept in assisting co-workers and customers utilizing the best practices.I'm also keen on details with strong organizational skills with the ability to work with minimal Upgrade to see actual infoing Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word is also a good skill I've gained during my past work experiences. 
I have worked on a graveyard shift (9 am-6 pm EST) for more than 3 years from my previous company handling a US Telco Account. Also, been exposed to difficult and complex inquiries from the customer and able to resolve it with the most effective and efficient way possible which is still within the process through phone calls and /or emails.
