Profile Description

I have been working in the call center industry (home-based & company) for 10 years.
My first Call center Job was as a Collection Specialist in Makati. I have stayed there for 4 years. We are the ones calling clients to remind them of their previous debt that was already put into collections. We assist clients with how they settle their debt and if their eligible we provide them with payment arrangements.
Then after that, I dUpgrade to see actual info to work home-based and I got hired by a Credit Repair Company. I have stayed at GTP
for 3 Upgrade to see actual info my 18 months, I was working in the Tradelines department in which I am providing calls and emails for an update. I also process their order through the CRM provided by the company. After that, I was transferred to the Escalation Department in which I am the one assisting client concerns on their orders.
After Resigning to GTP. I got hired on BigboyFunding which is a Credit Repair company also. I have been working there as an Executive Team Support agent were in we our task was to provide updates to clients and also process their orders.
