Energetic and optimistic customer service representative with over 6 years of professional experience assisting customers in solving complex issues in a timely manner. Keen to support Telco CSRs when I became a senior expert through proven customer support skills, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills. Was promoted to a Team Manager position helped start up the account and reduced First Response Time by 20% within the first quarter and 99% trade service fee collected within my bucket. When the pandemic started I dUpgrade to see actual info to become a virtual assistant and for over 3 years now I have experience and helped mainly realtors with their documents, contracts, social media accounts, etc for both the selling and buying sides of things.
