Profile Description

I worked as a call center agent for nearly 4 years and I have specialized in helping those companies to grow by providing high quality service to their customers as a customer and/or technical support. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for an Insurance Agency for 4 years which provides me confidence in quoting, managing clients, and completing admin tasks on a daily basis. I am also a certified Social Media Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
On average, I have been able to get great customer feedback and/or surveys which also helps the credibility of the company and that is what I am passionate about. 
My true strength is the ability to truly understand and empathize by building rapport with the customers to gain not only their trust but to solve their inquiries as well without any doubt in their mind because I know that by actively listening, communicating positively and concisely, critical thinking, great problem solving skills, any concern can be taken care off.
What I'm looking for is to work with a client that I can value or I could produce a positive investment, where I could join a strong team in the luxury of my own home.
