I have experience as a Nurse Chart Reviewer. I manage and review individualized patient Electronic Medical Records. I have proficiency in Electronic Medical records apps such as Axxess and Kinnser.

As a Home Health QA Nurse, I review nursing notes, therapy notes and SOC, RECERT and ROC oasis for compliance. Currently, I do Live QA with Skilled Nurses for oasis documentation.
