Profile Description

I have experience working with coaches, digital marketing agencies, and entrepreneurs. I do admin support, website maintenance, customer service, and Social Media Engagement. As an admin, some of the tasks I do are generating reports using Google Suite, Creating and Sending Proposals and Agreements, Email Management, Creating Forms using Google Forms, Monitoring Supplies, Calendar Management, Organizing Files, Tasks Monitoring in Slack, setting up manychat and Upgrade to see actual info Website Maintenance, I create, design, and publish Course Pages in Kajabi and WordPress, create graphics using Canva, set up automation in Kajabi, manage Tags in contacts, respond to members, and more.I also do Social Media Engagement. This includes engagement and reaching out to the possible leads based on the criteria given. I also document the communication process in ClickUp and Google Spreadsheet for future reference. I'm also using ClickUp for the tracking of leads.As part of my New Year resolution, I upskilled and learned Bookkeeping. I learned the basics of bookkeeping and taught me about Quickbooks. We do setting up company files in Quickbooks, invoicing, recording of transactions, bank reconciliation, and more. These are some of the tools that I am knowledgeable with: Canva, Acuity, Kajabi, Calendly, WordPress, Descript, Quickbooks, ClickUp, Zoom, Trello, Google Suite, Many Chat Microsoft, Zapier and more.
