Storefront Management
Create and/or Update Product Listing, Copywriting of new and existing product listing, 

Order Management 
Process Refunds, Process Product Replacements, KPI Performance Monitoring, Resolve Account Issues and Getting Help from Seller Central Support

Production Coordination
Generate PO, Requisition of PI, Procurement of sample and/or bulk orders, Provision of FNSKU labels, Provision of Shipping Carton Labels, Arrange Inspection

Marketing
Listing Set-up Optimization : Generating Keywords and Building Listing, Optimizing Product Ranking, Create A+ Content or Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), Coordinate with designers on the product images and lay-outs

Customer Service
Answering Customer Questions/Complaints on Buyer Messages, Provide Resolution on Customer Complaints on defective items, Answering Negative Feedback, Monitor NCX Rating and Strategize for Improvement

Product Sourcing 
Identifying product details to source. 
Sourcing of product suppliers in Alibaba, Global Source and 1688.
Creating spreadsheet containing  quotations and other relevant details from different suppliers so we can compare and chose the best deal. 
Procure sample orders from selected suppliers to test the quality of the products.
