First experience was with a healthcare account based in the US, wherein, I catered inbound calls from medical professionals asking for patient's benefits and claim status. Then, I shifted to a telecommunications company based in Australia where I resolved customer queries and complaints. I'd always practice multitasking, giving out the best customer experience, and being unhesitant to go an extra mile when helping out customers.
