Profile Description

I've been in customer service industry for five years. First experience was with a healthcare account based in the US, wherein, I catered inbound calls from medical professionals asking for patient's benefits and claim status. Then, I shifted to a telecommunications company based in Australia where I resolved customer queries and complaints. I'd always practice multitasking, giving out the best customer experience, and being unhesitant to go an extra mile when helping out customers. This led me to achieving the Best Agent award for the year Upgrade to see actual infow, I want to showcase my knowledge, skills and experiences as a customer service expert in an online work from home platform.
