I have a solid 12 years of working experience in line with technical support specialists in the Business Process Outsourcing field. I started as an HP technical support for an HP all-in-one printer for almost (3) three years as my foundation. After that, I was part of the AOL customer/ technical support for a year where ensuring customer service satisfaction while up-selling and cross-selling as well. Later connected to telecommunication support as a Network Engineer for (6) six years with Project Verizon. A year with Project Microsoft Office 365 as a System Engineer that concludes (7) seven years in Accenture with two different Projects; Verizon & Microsoft Office 365. Currently connected with NCR on Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Project who handles database and admin tasks with the client.
Currently connected to one of the fastest growing companies in Point of Sales, 3 years and counting as triaging in a software support analyst.
