I am Upgrade to see actual info, Jr. but I prefer to be called JR. I am a home-based Marketing Expert specialized in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Social Media Marketing. I am passionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated leader who wants to provide quality results to my clients. I create all-around marketing campaigns for my clients and create realistic goals to achieve  the desired results. 
I found out that there are a lot of qualified coaches, speakers, authors, and consulting agencies who are not seen because they do not have a solid Marketing Plan that would lead and drive them to attain the long-term and short-term goals. To solve this issue, I help clients create a Three-Year Vision which I will help break down into a One-Year Goal and a Three-Month Plan. 
In my four years as a virtual assistant, I mastered different methods to be successful in this Digital Arena. Depending on the needs of my client, I help them with Facebook Ads, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Cold Email, Email Marketing, Podcast Marketing, Stage Marketing, Content Creation, Webinar Marketing, Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Facebook Marketing and some decision makings for their business. 
In one of the business coaching businesses, I help hire and train new appointment setters to become a world-class appointment setters in their client businesses.
