Previously worked with Airbnb as a Resolutions II Expert, their highest point of escalation, for 3 years wherein we issue decisions for cases related to accounts, reservations and disputes. Knowing their processes and policies like the back of my hand. Assisted property management companies as their Guest Experience Specialist/OTA specialist/ADMIN. Handled Airbnb, VRBO, Upgrade to see actual info, Expedia and other booking platforms. Specialized knowledge in different Property Management Software (Streamline, Guesty, HostAway, OwnerRez, Breezeway, Rentals United, Autohost, LYNX and Parakeet, Stripe, DACK, Pricelabs, Smarthub, Lark etc.)

Been in the BPO Industry since 2011. Handled telco, financial, technical, B2B (Business-to-Business) accounts and hospitality/short-term rental management. Effective in communicating in English via phone call, email and chat.
