Highly motivated with extensive supervisory, customer service, and technical support experience with 14 years of experience in the BPO/Call Center industry. 

Handled a vast range of accounts from cable TV providers, health care, utilities (gas and electricity), and financial accounts both over the phone and online chat.
 
I have strong communicative skills and an outstanding work ethic; I am very committed to providing excellent results.

I have a passion for learning. I am a graduate of BS Entrepreneurial Management, I have a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate and I am currently taking Freelancing Course for Virtual Assistant to hone my skills. 

To add more I have arranged a fully personal room furnished with all kinds of virtual purpose elements like a professional computer, a strong internet connection, back up the computer and so on to ensure my 24 hours available to the customers which are very important for a Virtual Assistant.
