I have a total of 12 years working as a remote & on-site Implementation / Project Manager, Customer Success & Retention Manager and Vice President of Business Development and Marketing Strategy. 

I directly correspond with B & C-Level Clients particularly focusing on operations, systems and process and business development strategy.  I can conduct remote conferencing, phone, email, chat and seasonal on-site support depending on the clients needs. As a Project Manager, I have worked in the software implementation and onboarding for supply chain companies. I also have experience managing Design Projects, for Email Marketing and niche business category of Interior Design Services with a larger market share towards Direct to Consumer Ecommerce model - handling the planning, sourcing/procurement, logistics and installation for small - medium scale residential and commercial projects for an NY based E-Design Firm ($3-4Million annual ~ procurement projects) with strategic knowledge on sourcing through trade partnerships, biddings and local partnership with nationwide US Logistics partners.
