I’m in the BPO industry for 10 years now and have acquired a lot of skills when it comes to good customer service and work ethics. Over the years, I’ve learned how to manage my metrics and how to be a part of a healthy work environment. I’ve always been cooperative in projects and given tasks and most of the time doing extra mile for the clients, team and customers.

I mostly worked for financial accounts taking inbound calls for US-based customers. Since we’re talking about money, I learned about the ins and outs of how the business works and how to deal with different kinds of personality. After almost 6 years, I was given the opportunity to work for e-commerce and digital marketing accounts like Lazada, Hibü, Shopify and Waze Ads. I enjoyed them so much most specially Shopify where I worked for a year as a blended Shopify Guru for phone call, chat and email support. We are trained to help store owners manage their own websites on a very user-friendly admin and platform and some advance work like simple app coding and optimizations. We also help them grow their business by utilizing social media platforms and Google Analytics. We also encourage start-ups to utilize the integration of Oberlo to Shopify, a drop-shipping platform. 

Given the rare opportunity while working full time, I was able to work for an Australia-based client back in 2018 and I’m happy to know that I helped him start up his own website and up until now, he’s using the website that I created for him. I stopped working for him due to critical pregnancy, bit I’m totally fit-to-work now. 

Now that I’m a mom to a 6-month old, I’m eager to work from home using my skills in website design, sales and digital marketing. I also own a business and it’s running and growing gradually for a year, pretty much I have learned the industry so far.

I’m really hoping to land a job here soon so that I can finally do what I love the most while attending to my son and family full time.
