Profile Description

Currently, I'm working in a BPO company for more than 12 years. With this such time frame, I've already developed different working skills from Data entry Operator, Trainer, Quality Analyst and Purchasing/ Procurement Specialist. Leadership has also been unlocked through everyday routines. I've set a daily I
positive and teachable mind so I can extend the current knowledge I have.

Skills:
•Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
•Set Dashboard to visually track, analyzes and display (KPI), other metrics and data points to monitor the business process.
•Handling Project Quality Status: Provide Root Cause Analysis and set measurable action plans.
•Knowledge in doing Audits to track if everyone is on the same page and ensure they are prioritizing SLA.
•Setting up Quality calls to collaborate with other sites. Provide feedback and set action plans.
•Provide Statistical trends & charts to visually monitor the positive and negative factors that affect the business.
•Facilitating communications between external partners and organization stakeholders.
