Profile Description

My previous job that molds me on where I am right now is being Technical Support on a VOIP American company It makes me familiar with hardware base technicality and fixing/troubleshooting error through remote assistance by checking the router configuration and the ports available and being used.
We use Live Person, Oracle.
My next experience is on an E-Commerce Platform that sells tech accesories being an account executive. We analyze inventory, sales and cover customer needs by contacting them via email. We deal with eBay, Rakuten, Amazon, Magento, Survey Monkey, rakuten logistics, channel advisor.
The latest one is a UK Based Construction Management Software company, wherein I work as an IT consultant, making employment management system for the internal team in PHP and SQL. In the Business side, I work as a Quality Assurance maximizing, github, jira, google scripts, trello. I also create a landing page for the business with the use of elementor (wordpress). We also monitor the crashlytics for our mobile platform. I also have few local ERP Projects and School Management Systems written in PHP via CodeIgniter and native PHP.
