- Completed a HIPAA Certification-HIPAA Awareness for Healthcare Providers and training to become a certified healthcare virtual assistant 
- Highly skilled in transcribing handwritten notes and audio dictations into text. 
- Transcribes doctors, PAs, physical therapists, and APRN notes, labs, patient interviews, and dictations. 
- Insurance verification and Prior Authorization. Knowledge of portals such as Availity, UHC, Blue Shield, Cigna, RadMD, and Carelon.
- Scheduling patient appointments via DrChrono and Practice Fusion. 
- Medical Data Entry to EMR.
