I am an experienced training & development professional in the field of outsourcing.

As a training consultant, I help clients design and facilitate meaningful training programs with the goal of upskilling, education and employment. I work with stakeholders to assess training needs and provide solutions towards achieving organizational goals.

As a trainer, I don't only teach relevant skills to my trainees but also motivate them to take the steps towards career and personal growth by building their confidence and guiding them every step of the way.

With excellent English oral and written skills, I have specializations in Soft Skills and Communication Skills Training & Development, Appointment Setting, General Admin, Back Office Administration, Customer Service, Workers Compensation, Risk Management, and also ESL.
