• Plan and roll-out sourcing strategies to meet and close hiring requirements.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies.
• Receives manpower requisition form.
• Conducts behavioral interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule and filter candidates for open position.
• Collaborates with department managers/hiring managers on a regular basis for manpower requests.
• Endorses qualified applicants, schedules and coordinates interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
• Conduct background checking to ensure that the candidate has no pending issues that may affect the job.

• Maintains adequate pool of job applicants to meet the manpower needs of Operations Department.
• Prepares outlet ads for posting and participates in other Recruitment Events such as: Job Fairs/ Field Recruitment.
• Updates the Data Base of the Recruitment Section: Daily Applicants Monitoring/OJT status. Administers, checks, and interprets qualifying examination and psychological test.
• Prepares orientation drafts for Pre-employment Orientation. 201 filing.
• Validates the pre-employment requirements.
