Profile Description

• Plan and roll-out sourcing strategies to meet and close hiring requirements.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies.
• Receives manpower requisition form.
• Conducts behavioral interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule and filter candidates for open position.
• Collaborates with department managers/hiring managers on a regular basis for manpower requests.
• Endorses qualified applicants, schedules and coordinates interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
• Conduct background checking to ensure that the candidate has no pending issues that may affect the job.
• Extend verbal job offers of employment within company procedures.
• Discusses and gathers pre-employment requirements before start date.
• Attends alignment meetings with the client, recruitment meetings and monthly reporting.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports to the rest of the team.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, processes and procedures.
• Comply with all the safety and health practices being implemented in the workplace
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews and filtering candidates for open positions (Head office and Operations)
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Do newly hired employee’s contract, ID and PAM (Personnel Action Memo)Purchase request for newly hired employee (PC) and other needs
• Filing of 201 file
• Monitor the employees job performance evaluation
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specification
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media
• Maintains adequate pool of job applicants to meet the manpower needs of Operations Department.
• Prepares outlet ads for posting and participates in other Recruitment Events such as: Job Fairs/ Field Recruitment.
• Updates the Data Base of the Recruitment Section: Daily Applicants Monitoring/OJT status. Administers, checks, and interprets qualifying examination and psychological test.
• Prepares orientation drafts for Pre-employment Orientation. 201 filing.
• Validates the pre-employment requirements.
