I'm good in speaking and writing in English language as I'm working as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative for 8 years now. I was trained to work with minimum supervision because our manager is not always available to assist us. I used to work as a Data Analyst for how many years wherein we process legal documents coming from the US and we need to send it back to them on the given deadline. Our client is not always online to answer our questions with regard to the documents that we are processing so we really need to analyze it on our own and make sure to send back the documents on or before the deadline. I used to work as an IP Relay Operator as well wherein we need to type every words, Upgrade to see actual info this job we are required to have a typing speed of 55-60 words per minute with 98% - 100?curacy. This experiences trained me to be a critical thinker, active listener, and how to converse and write very well in English. I was trained as well to get the job done within the given time frame. I will accept any job that will be assigned to me and rest assured that I can get it done accurately and efficiently.
