I have accumulated experience in being a Virtual Assistant for an eCommerce business for 3 years. I have been tasked to do the following: Product Research, Product Description Writing, Data Entry, Product Management, Basic Editing for Product Images, General Internet Research, and Customer Care Service. I am experienced in using different tools namely, Alitools, Chili-Hunter, Pexgle, Less Annoying CRM, Google Trends, Upgrade to see actual info, 1688, ADSPY, BITRIX, Time Doctor, Keepa Graph, TeamViewer, and Anydesk. I have also finished an online course about WordPress and Marketing and Socia Media Management, and as proof, you can reach me and ask for the certificates. I am also knowledgeable in working in eCommerce and supplier's websites such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Aliexpress, TAOBAO, 1688, and Walmart. Finally, I have experience in photo video editing software and websites such as Canva, Pixlr, Gimp, and such. Overall, I must say that there is always room for improvement and I am willing to learn anything that would take to become an excellent Virtual Assistant for the perfect client.
