Profile Description

- Handles Projects and work with functional Consultants/Developers.
- Consistently communicate project status with Clients, Account Management and the Concur Advantage management team as needed.
- Understands the business strategy to ensure the decisions are aligned accordingly.
-Currently implementing and supporting our client using SAP Ariba
- Review, research and troubleshoot issues to determine the appropriate action to take in order to complete the project.
- Testing of extracts/files.
- Evaluation, interpretation, design, and update of configuration documentation and specifications (Extracts).
- Maintain Quality Assurance procedures and standards.
- Make sure that functional and technical product knowledge is up to date.
