Profile Description

I've been working since I'm 17 years old. Worked as a Fastfood crew for almost three (3) years, and also I've worked in the BPO industry for almost 4 years. I've seen a huge improvement in myself from the day I started working, since my working experience is mostly in line with Customer Service, I always put myself into the customer's end. After being a CSR, I've been promoted to be an SME and a Tech Support moving forward. After that due to the pandemic, I've transitioned to be a VA for a Real Estate company and handles cold calls and admin tasks particularly, Data entry/management. I've learned the importance of having a job, working with passion, being consistent, and most importantly always looking at the bright side of each and every one. Recently, I've worked on an SEO campaign for a client here in Online Jobs PH. Also, recently, I worked as a VA for a CEO of a Real Estate company in the US for more than 5 years.
