Profile Description

I've been into a lot of companies in BPO for more than 10 years. I handle several campaigns and accounts and most of my job is involved in voice, chat, and email blasting. I already experienced sales where you set up an appointment for a client's meeting. I also experienced sending reports through email confirmation with an attachment using a platform like Microsoft excel etc. currently working in VXI as a Technical support representative helping customers fix their Internet connection.
