Profile Description

I have been doing Project Management and Recruitment for more than ten 10 years.
As Project Manager, I handled Multinational Companies in the field of Mobile Phones, Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications. I prepare, complete, update and implement the Engagement of the Service Agreement Contract/s. I also do the alignment of perspectives, references, and expectations from External to Internal stakeholders.
As a Recruitment Specialist, I am mainly responsible for carrying out the whole array of recruitment Upgrade to see actual infoom sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing down to candidate selection, processing, and orientation. I employ several sourcing techniques to find suitable candidates for diverse positions. I also perform in-depth and systematic assessments of the candidates’ profiles.
I am knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications, Facebook and the internet.
