I was able to support Majestic Trading based in the United States as a product lister and email manager. I’m also taking in calls for customers asking about their packages and purchases. We make an optimized title and description of the product before we post it on eBay and Amazon.
Furthermore, I worked with MCM Holdings based in Florida as an appointment setter. Were calling out brokers in Florida and other states inquiring if they have denied reverse mortgage loans trying to help them have an approved one. So, what we're doing is we scheduled them for an appointment with our senior representative to checked whether they are qualified and to discuss more specific details about the service.
Also, I worked with the back brace campaign as a sales representative. We’re calling out senior citizens trying to check whether they have back, knee or shoulder pain. If they do, we try to introduce our product giving them the advantage of paying it through their Medicare Insurance.
Lastly, I was able to support Placester, a real estate agent and a broker Upgrade to see actual info is a platform wherein real state professionals can market their property listings online and used it as their online business card as well. So, we are taking in calls as a support representative and doing outbound calls as well. We are mainly charged with their online profiles.
