Over Six (6) years of experience in eCommerce business using the Shopify platform and Big Commerce. Additionally, I have over ten (10) collective years of experience as an operational audit and Risk and Compliance Analyst in one of the top Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in the Philippines with solid experience in reading and analyzing complex data of over 500 product SKUs to understand the periodic business performance by reviewing sales reports, warehouse inventory, and bad order registries. 

E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE:

Shopify Web Design:
Proficient in building Shopify stores from scratch (A-Z process) using the pre-listed Shopify themes and premium themes like Debutify, EcomSolid, Out Of The Sandbox, Shoptimized, Booster Themes, and Theme Forest Themes. The design also includes logo creation, domain integration, App integration, Facebook pixel set-up, Google Analytics setup, and others.

With extensive proficiency in Klaviyo that includes creating email marketing campaigns, crafting newsletter pop ups, and implementing email automation and flows. I am also equipped with deep understanding of other renowned platforms such as Privy, Mailchimp, and Omnisend. 

BigCommerce Web Design:
I have also good experience in building BigCommerce stores from scratch using both Cornerstone and Stencil themes.

Product Research:
I utilize a comprehensive suite of product research and analysis tools such as Commerce Inspector, AdSpy, Pipiads, DropshipSpy, AliTools, as well as social media and crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter and ThisIsWhyImBroke to effectively identify new top-performing products and monitor competitors. Additionally, I incorporate Google Trends date to assess the organic search performance and gauge demand for products among specific demographics.

Photo and Video Editing:
With a good sense of visual design in editing and optimizing product images, catalog covers, banners, and social media creatives using different photo editing software and programs like Canva and Adobe Photoshop. I am also proficient in video editing for video ad creatives using Filmora, Canva, Animoto, CupCut, and Crello.

Product Catalog Management:
Experienced in product classification and site flow by assigning product types and product tags to create accurate collection lists and menus. 

HTML/CSS basic Customization:
Basic knowledge in Liquid, HTML and CSS theme customization to optimize website beyond the existing theme features and to achieve the branding requirements.
