I have been with the BPO industry for more than a decade now and would like to get the opportunity to work for online jobs. I've been a quality analyst for four years and I would like to apply the skills that I have learned in supervising telephone calls in order to evaluate performance and assist in carrying out business strategic goals.
Strong background in handling customer inquiries, bill disputes & technical issues. I also have a background when it comes to sales, telemarketing, collections, and real-estate inquiries.
I am diligent and trustworthy, very much inclined to undergo and learn new things through training and similar activities. I can easily cope up with changes and can work with a group of people or independently.
