like they are talking not to resolve the concern but as a friend.Being able to understand their emotions and realize how they feel if you are in their shoes.Owning the issue like extending more time just to get the problem resolve.Make the conversation effortless like having a seamless Upgrade to see actual infocond,handles stress during hours but providing effective customer service.Being resourceful,searching for the best resolution on their needs.
Speaking using the right tools.Willing to be trained and adapt changes in short period of time.
Lastly,manages the time frame provided by the client.Doing the assigned task within the time limit.And working not just for the salary but for the career growth and personal development.
