Profile Description

I worked as a Laboratory Aide for a year. The job entailed me to work on a GIS software and do some data processing in flood hazard mapping. I also worked as a Science Research Assistant for two years. Basically, my work is the same when I was still a Laboratory Aide. I was just promoted to a higher position that entailed me to do same work as a data processing personnel. And then, I worked as a call center agent for 5 months. I was assigned to an account where I was required to answer Customer Service calls , Technical Support calls, Email Support, and Business Application calls for Quickbooks.
