I am skilled in Microsoft Office applications and know how to use Zendesk, Salesforce, and Slack applications, which are commonly used by call center agents and freelancers. I also have strong communication skills, can work under pressure, and am very resilient to any open opportunities.

I am passionate about my work because I love what I do and have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. In my last job, this passion led me to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me do my work better. For example, I taught myself how to cater to clients in the nicest way to have a good relationship with them. I am ambitious and driven because I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I’m not comfortable settling, especially since I know that I can do more and do it better because I won’t settle for less. I am always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. I am highly organized. I always take notes and use a series of tools to help myself stay on top of deadlines. I like keeping a clean workspace and creating a logical method so I can always find what I need, which increases efficiency and helps the rest of the team stay on track. I am a people person because it’s easy for me to find a companion in the company or in any place that I may go, and I like making people feel comfortable in my presence. This skill is especially helpful when kicking off projects with new clients. I am results-oriented, constantly checking in to determine how close or far away we are and what it will take to make it happen. Aside from that, I find this pressure inspiring and a great motivator for the rest of the team.
