Most of my work experiences are Recruitment related. I started working in a Recruitment/Consulting firm since 2006 as Recruitment Assistant for more than 3 years. My responsibilities include processing of demands covering HR, Accounting , Quality Assurance and other positions based on the clients demand/request. Apart from Recruitment, I've also been exposed to Timekeeping, Employee Relations (basic creation and dissemination of Memorandums) and Compensation ad Benefits Administration which only happened for 4 months only. I was given the task to process demands/openings for Human Resources umbrella. I have dealt with choosy and hard to deal with Managers/Clients but I was able to manage and close their requests within the expected date of completion of their demands.
