Profile Description

- Financial Reporting and Analysis which includes preparation of Financial Statement, Balance Sheet and Profit/Loss Variance Fluctuation Analysis, General Ledger Account reconciliation, and end to end accounting.
- Bookkeeping which includes Accounts Payable Invoice processing, Customer Invoicing and periodic general journal entries.
- Tax accounting which includes processing and reporting Goods Service Tax or Value Added Tax, Income Tax and Withholding Tax.
- Bank Reconciliation. I have been working in multinational companies and had been exposed with reconciliation of large bank accounts which include Citibank, JPM, BOA and HSBC. I handled global bank reconciliation which reports cash and cash equivalent status updates across Asia Pacific, Northern and Latin America, Europe and Middle East Asia and Africa (EMEA).
- I also handled bank automation project which we aim to automate bank entries in SAP to directly post to its correct GL accounts.
- Process Improvements, automation of manual entries using VBA
- Knowledgeable in Programming, Python, Pandas module and Pyqt5
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Audit liaison officer. Has been exposed in annual audit of Asia Pacific and
America.
- Has been engaged in several projects of book clean-up of unsettled/unexplained General Ledger Accounts variances which includes Cash accounts, Sales Tax Liability and Inter-company accounts from prior years.
