Profile Description

I've spent the last 7 years in other people's inboxes and campaign dashboards. Why replies dropped this week, why a domain suddenly started bouncing, why one LinkedIn post landed and the next one didn't. That's the part of the work I actually enjoy.

I split my time between cold email operations and running brand/marketing for a B2B outbound agency. I've set up and managed campaigns in Smartlead and Instantly, worked through bounce and deliverability issues using raw data instead of dashboard summaries, and handled inboxes where every reply is a real person deciding whether to trust the company on the other end.

On the content side, I build monthly calendars, edit short-form video, put together carousels, and write the copy that goes with it, for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. I've worked with founders on brand voice, usually a lot of back and forth until it sounds like them.

I also work regularly across the Claude ecosystem, using Claude Chat for research and copy, Claude Cowork for coordinating multi-step tasks, Claude Code for automations and internal tools, and Claude Design for prototyping visual and content assets.
