Profile Description

As a secretary I answers and screens phone calls and distribute to appropriate person, maintaining diaries, maintaining the daily/weekly/monthly meeting, arranging meeting and appoinments and transcribing drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos and various forms.
As an accountant, I usually process accounts payable and receivables as needed, preparing invoices and SOA's, compiling and analyzing account information and documenting financial informations.
And lastly as an admin, I am responsible in revising proposal letters / contract agreements etc. for the clients, sign for and distribute courier packages, dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, maintaining the general filing system and file all correspondence, and reading, monitoring and responding to the principal's email
