Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education majoring in English. I have worked as a customer service representative. My work included speedy replies to customer inquiries and building a good rapport with them to ensure customer satisfaction. I also have experience with social media moderation. We give engaging responses to customers and minimize spam and negative comments on the feed. I am also confident with my knowledge of Zendesk as a platform. As part of the team, I am a team player and contribute ideas to my team on how we can better provide service. 
I also worked as a part of an operations team and virtual assistant for a freight company. My job contains scheduling appointments, data entry, creating orders, customer communication, email, call, and chat correspondence. I also handle a team of drivers catering to their every need.
