Profile Description
I work in the BPO industry for 3 years. I decided to work at home because it's more convenient and I can have more time with my kids. My first call center experience was in Convergys, where in we campaign for the one of the largest service provider in US (AT&T).
I also work in Sitel Ph, where in we campaign for the one of the largest credit reporting agency in US (Equifax). I was part of the support team. Because of my expertise and experience, I can say
that I am capable on any job offer specially when it comes to customer satisfaction. My admiration to online jobs is to work within the company for long period of time and work as a full time employee. I can assure you that you would be proud on hiring a person like me in your company.
