I am a product specialist or a product Specific trainer for a cable company in the US for more than 2 years, our main goals are to deliver a competent technical support agent in the production floor. Before I got the role of being a Trainer I was a customer service representative for a travel website answering 50 to 60 calls per day, after 3 years I move to a different company as technical support representative answering almost the same number of calls, our focused was to resolved technical issues and made sure to deliver a world-class customer service, I was excellent in doing technical support stuff which leads me to my current position. I may not have any experience as a Virtual assistance but with my knowledge and skills, I believe I am fit for this role. I want to work as a VA not because of the salary but the opportunity to work home-based and be with my kids most of the time. With my kids growing so fast they need more supervision and more attention which is easier if I'm working from home. I can work with minimal supervision,
I have knowledge of different Software like Google drive and CRM, as well as managing social media accounts. I am willing to learn a new set of skills to help me in the future
“I had this VA that I could turn things over to made it a lot easier”
