We're looking for a creative and organized Instagram Content Manager to join our team and help us connect with Korean language learners around the world!

About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that will attract, educate, and inspire our target audience of Korean language enthusiasts.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:
Develop a content calendar aligned with our overall marketing goals.
Research and identify trending topics and hashtags relevant to the Korean language learning community.
Create a variety of engaging content formats, including:
Informative posts about Korean grammar, vocabulary, and culture. - You don't need to know Korean.
Motivational quotes and tips for language learners.
Interactive polls, quizzes, and challenges.
Eye-catching visuals like infographics, illustrations, and short videos.
Content Creation & Development:
Source or create high-quality visuals and engaging captions for all Instagram posts.
Edit and proofread all content before publication.
Stay up-to-date on Instagram trends and best practices.
Experiment with different content formats to optimize engagement.
Analyze audience insights and engagement metrics to inform future content strategy.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Korean is a plus, but not required.
Interests and love for K-pop and K-drama
Proven experience in social media content creation and management (Instagram preferred).
Excellent creativity, graphic design sense, and video editing skills (a plus).
Passion for the Korean language and a desire to share your knowledge with other is a plus.
