Job Overview:
As a Social Media Ads Specialist at [Your Company], you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media advertising campaigns primarily focusing on brand awareness, audience growth, and sales generation, specifically on platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and Facebook. You will work closely with the marketing team to strategize, plan, and implement campaigns across these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Advertising Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies specifically tailored for platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and Facebook to increase brand awareness, grow the audience, and drive sales.
Target Audience Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify and understand target audiences on each platform, their behaviors, interests, and preferences to optimize ad targeting and messaging.
Ad Campaign Management: Manage all social media advertising campaigns on Shopify, Etsy, and Facebook, including budget allocation, ad creative development, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor ad performance metrics on each platform regularly, analyze campaign results, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Content Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with the content team to plan and schedule social media posts on Shopify, Etsy, and Facebook that align with advertising campaigns and overall brand messaging.
Stay Updated with Platform Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in social media advertising on Shopify, Etsy, and Facebook, and incorporate them into strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Proven experience (X years) working as a Social Media Ads Specialist or similar role, with a focus on brand awareness, audience growth, and sales generation, particularly on platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and Facebook.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (including Shopify, Etsy, and Facebook) and their advertising capabilities.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to track, measure, and interpret campaign performance metrics on each platform.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative advertising strategies and overcome challenges.
Certification in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
