real estate sales and acquisistion

Seeking sales person for airbnb business. I run an short term rental arbitrage business (I rent properties from the owner with the agreement that I can design and furnish the home, and then list it on airbnb among other short term rental sites). I'm looking for an experienced and confident sales person to reach out to my prospects (I will provide the scripts, initial contact will be text but may require a follow up call). Must be kind and respectful with excellent communication skills in English. Must be able to work mornings and evenings (will vary depending on time zone). I will provide a list of contacts as I get them so work will be intermittent. Will provide hourly wage for your service plus a bonus for each lease signed. There are opportunities to expand your role, I will train you to evaluate new opportunities in my markets of choice and reach out to new prospects. Exceptional employees will learn to evaluate new markets and will have the opportunity for profit share on new acquisitions.
