marketing assistant

Hello :-) I am currently looking for a MARKETING ASSISTANT to join our small team ... it will be a role with a lot of variety and tasks will include creating social media posts - this will involve some research and possibly some graphics creation using canva. Some light video creation may also be needed - we use Descript for simple edits. Using a scheduling tool (social pilot), capturing email addresses from websites, possibly outgoing phone calls, light updates to WordPress websites, using our collaboration tool. Some content creation, spreadsheet creation, updates to our CRM … and lots more as our clients come on board.
You'll need to be tech savvy and we are a Windows (not Mac - sorry :-) ) based business - this is important as we will be helping you, teaching you and training you. Some things do not work on a Mac and vice versa. If you can learn it, you can do it.
Products we use include WordPress, Thrive Themes, Thrive Cart, Canva, Descript, ChatGPT, Google suite (drive, docs, sheets, Gemini), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Slack, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, WebinarGeek, SocialPilot, ClickUp, Facebook Ads to name most of them.
We provide full training and aim to be a highly business with standard operating procedures and training videos. We want to focus on creativity and keeping clients thrilled, consistency of performance and delivery ensures this. We provide the frameworks that make this happen so you do not have to worry about the Iogistics and can focus on the fun stuff ????
You will need a good PC with camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a second monitor is a big help. Good communication skills - good spoken English for sure as we may need you to deal with our clients on Zoom calls as well as telephone. You will need an Android smartphone - for us to keep in touch and to check, monitor and sometimes test things out - for example checking how a web page looks.

We have an exciting pipeline of work ahead and within a year will need someone to supervise new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who will be fulfilling a similar role to the one described here - this could be you! Salary will increase accordingly and rapidly.
