JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing and Sales Assistant to support our marketing, sales, and recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, demonstrate proficiency in lead generation and closing deals, and have a keen eye for graphic design.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Nurturing:
Utilize various channels to generate leads, including digital marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to engage and convert leads into clients.
Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities with potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and event planners.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor offerings accordingly.
Close deals and negotiate contracts to secure new business and partnerships.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for massage therapists, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
Collaborate with management to develop recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent.
Support ongoing talent management efforts, including performance evaluations and professional development initiatives.
Graphic Design and Content Creation:
Create visually compelling marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional flyers.
Design and maintain digital assets such as website graphics, banners, and advertisements.
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing collateral.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, and business development, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong English language skills, including excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
