**Join Our Finance Team as an eCommerce Accountant!**

**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled accountant to help redesign and refine our accounting system. Initially, this role will focus on establishing and optimizing our processes. Upon successful setup, the position will transition into a regular schedule where you will manage the business's accounting needs every 1-3 days.

**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and record revenue and costs accurately.
- Update and maintain the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
- Collaborate effectively with our team to ensure financial transparency and data accuracy.
- Basic training will be provided to familiarize you with our systems and processes.


**Requirements:**
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A perfectionist mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends.


**Workload:**
- Conduct financial analyses every 1-3 days, with potential for additional responsibilities.


**Compensation:**
- $4 per hour.
- A quality bonus of 20% is awarded at the end of each month for outstanding performance.
