JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small US-based eCommerce company that recently acquired a Woodworking Tools online retailer. Our company is getting ready for rapid growth over the coming 3 to 5 years and need YOU (an experienced Supply Chain / Operations Management Professional) to help us get there.

In this critical role, you will be expected to streamline and run the day-to-day supply chain operations of the business so that it is hands-off for our CEO. This will include efficiently managing the fulfillment of orders, corresponding with our suppliers and 3PL, controlling our inventory and ensuring proper allocation, managing forecasting, and working with our CEO to place our purchase orders. We need a confident, independent thinker who can problem-solve and handle operational escalations with minimal to no supervision.

Outside of the day-to-day operations, we are looking for a proactive operations leader with proven experience tackling big projects, managing and working with various teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, driving cost reductions in supply chains, and improving processes that will increase our efficiency as we continue to scale.

Responsibilities:
-Supply Chain Management: Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process from procurement to distribution.
-Order Fulfillment: Manage and process orders efficiently, coordinating with different departments to meet demand.
-Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels across all of our sales channels and implement strategies to optimize stock.
-Purchasing: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of products.
-Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics partners to streamline the movement of goods throughout the supply chain.
-Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues, collaborating with relevant departments when necessary.
-Reporting: Generate reports on supply chain and inventory performance, providing insights and recommendations to manager.
-Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all supply chain and inventory-related transactions.
-Technology Utilization: Utilize inventory management software and tools to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5+ years of supply chain and inventory management experience
-Expert in using inventory management software and other relevant tools
-Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve supply chain processes
-C2(Advanced/Mastery) level English with excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-A highly independent worker
-Ability to work in a team and adapt to a changing work environment
-eCommerce experience is a plus but not required

Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm U.S. Central Standard Time Monday through Friday (This is a full-time role ~ 40 hours a week)

Pay: $1,300 to $1,700 USD per month (based on experience) + benefits

Benefits Include:
-13th month pay (prorated the first year)
-Weekly paychecks
-$25 / week health insurance and social security coverage stipend
-20 days of paid time off (after first 6 months) plus 8 U.S. holidays
