eCommerce Live SMS Tier 1 Agent

Join LiveRecover's team as an eCommerce Live SMS Tier 1 Agent! We're seeking individuals who are comfortable with computer work and possess a willingness to learn. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customers who express interest in discounts, sending queued messages, and ensuring timely responses. Compensation:$250/month flat rate paid through Deel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customers expressing interest in discounts.
- Utilize provided plug-in buttons built into our support tool to send discount offers.
- Send queued messages efficiently for timely communication.
- Maintain quality customer responses.

Working Hours:

- Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week
- Shifts Available: 8 AM to 4 PM EST and 4 PM to 12 AM EST
- Weekend Availability: Required

Preferred Experience:

- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to be a team player
