Responsibilities:

eBay Sales Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales on our eBay store.
- Analyze sales trends, market demands, and customer behavior to optimize listing performance.
- Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns.

Store Management
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy in listings.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback effectively.

Product Research
- Continuously scout for profitable, high-quality products to add to our store.
- Use eBay analytics tools to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with customer service, inventory, and marketing teams to execute integrated strategies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing and growing an eBay store.
- Advanced knowledge of eBay marketplace, rules, and regulations.
- Proficiency in eBay analytics tools.
- Strong experience in PPC campaign management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in working with international markets.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
