e-Commerce Project Manager

Seeking a capable and confident project manager to take ownership of managing an e-commerce store and a small team of VA's to support with daily tasks.

Preferably with experience working within recruitment or HR to provide support with these areas of the business.

You will be responsible for:

Store Management
- Managing all areas of customer service - answering questions, handling returns, dealing with suppliers, managing orders.
- Using Google Translate to speak to international buyers in other languages.
- Maintaining a high quality of service for our customers.
- Making sure any customer complaints are handled properly leading to positive outcomes.
- Overseeing the sourcing of profitable products, and optimising the online store for improved performance.
- Ensuring orders are fulfilled successfully and efficiently.
- Identifying and raising any issues, roadblocks or concerns with business processes and developing solutions to improve the efficiency of operations.
- Working with technology and tools to track and monitor the performance of the business and providing updates to management.
- Responsible for ensuring all areas under management comply with local and international marketplace laws and requirements.

Team Management
- Working within a close team of project managers, engaging with colleagues and collaborating to share ideas to support improvement and growth across the entire team.
- Overseeing the work of your support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
