Our D2C channels will represent a significant driver of revenue for the business, and as such now requires an ambitious individual to drive our brand's success on our global website. You could expect to:
Strategic e-Commerce Planning -
* Execute our strategic e-commerce plan to boost sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Performance Optimisation -
* Implement initiatives to positively impact KPI’s using advanced site analytics focusing on metrics including but not limited to conversion, abandoned cart rates, AOV and UPT.
Technical Expertise -
* Constantly testing new site functionalities and features, recommending and overseeing the implementation of new solutions to improve digital roadmap.
Sales & Inventory Management -
* Monitor and report on daily / weekly business performance making data driven decisions.
Marketing & Customer Experience -
* Ensure all customers receive excellent customer service
* Provide prompt and courteous customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking proactive measures to address any concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
KPI’s Monitoring and Reporting -
* Monitor and report KPI’s related on company performance.
Product Listings -
* Optimise product listings on Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop ensuring that all listings are accurate, compliant with policies, and optimised for search visibility.
* Optimise the overall performance of the store, including promotions, and inventory management.
Inventory Management -
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or logistics partners to ensure timely restocking of products. Manage shipments and troubleshoot any inventory-related issues.
Account Maintenance -
* Regularly check the health of the Amazon Seller Account, respond to customer inquiries and reviews, and address any policy violations or performance notifications.
Market Research -
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyse competitors, and stay updated with marketplace trends.
* Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for product optimisation.
Reporting -
* Reporting on sales, inventory, conversion rate and PPC campaign performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a data-driven, tech-savvy individual with expertise in platforms like Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop etc. You will have likely worked for a fast-growing, ecommerce or tech start-up. You'll also need to have the following:
* Have an exceptional analytical mind with strong technical proficiency and commercial awareness.
* Experience of using e-commerce tools is essential, and you will be proficient in Excel
* Entrepreneurial Spirit and a results-orientated mindset with a passion for e-commerce.
* Demonstrate resilience and determination. You will understand and be comfortable with regular change.
* Management Experience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analytics.
