Zoho Master

I need someone who has extensive experience in the Zoho platform to help me design my business process and then help me implement the strategy. I already have graphic design experience and can create all of the messages. I just don't know how to use Zoho effectively. I'm specifically needing help with forms and automation. Any experience with those apps?
